we enjoyed our stay at radisson. the location is unbeatable, just steps from the airport. the breakfast was fantastic, especially the omelet bar and cheese selection. the staff upgraded us to a spacious family room, which was a nice surprise. also, the rooms are incredibly quiet despite being near a main road.

The minibar robot was a fun surprise and the welcoming snacks were tasty! I enjoyed the sauna and sun terrace for some much-needed relaxation. The shower could be a bit tricky to figure out, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

Just a solid selection for a city trip in Kloten with excellent value for money. The front office supervisor, Ms. Mery Lindauer, provided outstanding recovery service when I faced a rude staff member. Make sure to ask for her if you need anything!

Location is a stroll from the gates, and rooms are spacious and comfy. Plus, the view from the eighth floor is lovely—perfect for Instagramming my travel woes!

However, the absence of breakfast service for early flights was disappointing, particularly since the hotel's morning offerings ended too early for a 6 AM departure. Another downside was the lack of amenities, like complimentary water—something expected in this price range.
